When you are worried
Breathe. As you inhale imagine the air scooping up your fears and worries. As you exhale imagine the fears and worries evaporating. Don’t think of solutions, don’t imagine outcomes. Just breathe. Breathe until you feel the burden of your worries lessen. Remind yourself that you are okay.
